Resending an order

If you need to resend tickets or an order to one of your attendees but do not know how to do it, this article explains how. 

To perform this action, go to the home page of the event concerned. In the left-hand column, click on ‘Attendees’ and then ‘Manage Attendees’. This section gives you a visual overview of all your event’s attendees.

Search for the attendee(s) concerned by surname, first name, email address or order number, or using the filters by form, etc.

Select the attendee(s), then click on ‘Actions for the selection’.

Resending an entire order

Select the action ‘Send the orders again’. This will resend the buyer the order confirmation e-mail with the link to download their e-tickets.

Please note: You can tick just one of the tickets in an order to resend the entire order

Resending only certain e-tickets

Select the action ‘Send the tickets to the attendees’. This will send the attendee an email with a link that will allow them to download only their e-ticket.

Note: This requires an e-mail address to be entered in the attendee form.

Tip: Activate the order resend link on your ticketing system to leave it to buyers to resend their orders to themselves
