Closing the Registration Form After Recruitment Ends

Close Access to the Form

Within your event, go to the Forms page (Communication > Forms). Click on the form you wish to close > Settings.

In the vertical menu on the left-hand side, navigate to the Close tab.

You will see four options:

• "Don’t close the form"
  
  
• "Close the form once the event has ended"
  
  
• "Close the form now"
  
  
• "Close the form on a specific date"
  
  

Choose the option that best suits your needs and customise your closing message.
