The Member's Area

 The member's area is a private and secure area where your members can view various pieces of information related to their participation in your event.

This space allows them to access all the personal details they provided during registration, their assignments, as well as documents and communications shared by the organizers.
On their profile, members can also update certain elements such as their availability, preferences, or even their answers to the registration form—under certain conditions.


Where to find the volunteer space?

  • Go to Settings
  • Click on Member area, then on Integration

You have several options to share the link to the member space with your team:

  • Use the link hosted on Recrewteer
  • Use the Iframe (HTML code) to embed the volunteer space directly on your event website
  • Your team members can scan the QR code

How does a member log into their personal space?

To log in, the member must be registered for the event.
They will need to enter their email address, then they will receive a 6-digit code allowing them to access their secure space.

 

What information is included in the member space?

The member's area is a personal area dedicated to each registered participant in your events.
There, members will find all the information related to their profile (first name, last name, phone number, etc.), their availabilities, and the preferences expressed during registration.

In this space, the member can also view details of their assignments across all your editions, including:

  • the name of the role
  • the location
  • the schedule
  • the mission description
  • the team leader/responsible person

All email campaigns and documents shared by the organizer will also be accessible here.

Thanks to this space, the members can find all the necessary information related to their missions and be fully prepared for the big day.

 

Members can edit their personal information directly in the volunteer space. These changes are instantly reflected in the organizer's interface.

Case 1: The member has not yet been assigned to a mission
They can update their personal details, availabilities, and preferences entered in the form.

Case 2: The member has already been assigned to one or more roles
They can only update their personal information. Availabilities and preferences will be locked.
If they wish to change these, you'll need to set their status to "awaiting assignment" directly from your organizer space.
