You can now create Participation reports by selecting the check-in lists you want to include. You’ll then be able to export the participation data from the report.
- Log in to your Weezevent management interface.
- Click on the Check Lists menu.
- Select the check-in lists you want to analyze, using the checkbox on the left side of the table or the options menu on the right.
- Click on Participation Report.
- Once your report is ready, download it from the Checklist Export section at the top of the page.
This is a .csv export (Excel format) of the full list of participants, showing their passage through the various access points included in the report.
The file includes the participant's contact details, the event name, the ticket type, and each of the selected check-in lists. For each check-in list, the number of passages is recorded.
