You can now create custom scan reports by selecting the check-in lists you want to include. You will then be able to export the participation data from this report.
- Log in to your Weezevent management interface
- Click on the Applications icon at the top right of the screen and go to the WeezAccess section
In the CheckLists section:
- Select the check-in lists you want to analyze by ticking the checkbox on the left side of the table
- Open the dropdown menu in the Action column
- Select Scan Report
Once your report is ready to generate, click on the Checklists Exports button.
This is a complete log of all check-ins, exported in .csv (Excel) format. You can use this data to generate statistics, for example, on participant entry times.
The file includes the barcode number, the name of the check-in list, the event name, the ticket type, the participant’s contact information, and the date and time of the check-in.
