Viewing and Filtering Orders in Your Interface

On your management interface, you can quickly view the number of tickets linked to each order and the amount paid.
To find a specific order, use the search bar by entering a name, first name, email address, or order number.
Click the search button or press Enter to display the result.

You can also click on “Filter” to refine your search using multiple criteria:

1.1 Order Origin

  • Web: Tickets paid online by credit card or reserved via the widget (if enabled in Configure > Ticketing options).

  • Added Participants: Orders manually entered in the back office (Participants > Add participants).

  • Box Office: Orders placed via the interface kiosk.weezevent.com.

  • Invitations: Tickets sent using the Communicate > Invitations feature.

  • Stock Print: Pre-printed ticket batches included in the event's revenue (Sell > Stock Print).

  • Distributor Import: Tickets sold via external platforms (e.g., Fnac, Digitick, Ticketnet). Once imported, these tickets appear in your order manager and participant database.

1.2 Order Status

  • Paid: Tickets paid online (credit card) or offline (check, cash, etc.).

  • Reserved: Orders placed but not yet paid. You can manage the order, resend payment instructions, or mark it as paid once you receive the funds.

  • Deleted: Tickets removed from your participant base — they won't be recognized at entry control. You can restore them at any time.

1.3 Order Date

Filter orders based on a specific date or date range to narrow down your search.

1.4 Refund Request

If you've requested refunds, you can:

  • Show only refunded orders.

  • Or show orders without refund requests.
