Importing promo codes allows you to upload a list of codes (for ticketing, Spotify, Deezer, etc.) to later distribute them to your participants as part of a campaign.
Once the import is complete, you can create an email campaign and associate a code with a contact so they can use it, for example, in the ticketing system.
How to do it?
Go to Tools > Campaigns > Discount Codes located at: https://admin.weezevent.com/target/OXXXXX/vouchers
- Click on Import Discount codes
- (Optional) Download the template using the "sample file" link.
- Drag and drop your file into the area, or click on the cloud icon to open the file manager.
- Make sure the number of rows in your file matches the number shown in the analysis results.
- Confirm the import by clicking on "Import".
- Once the import is complete, you can view the list of imported codes and check whether a code has been distributed during a campaign, used by a participant, and access the associated contact if applicable.
