When sending email campaigns, it’s common for some messages to end up in spam folders, preventing members from receiving important information. This often results from stricter security policies implemented by certain email providers.
You can check whether an email was successfully delivered or if it was blocked or marked as spam.
Identifying Undelivered or Spam-Flagged Emails
Thanks to the status attached to each email sent, you can easily spot messages that weren’t delivered or were marked as spam.
1. From the Campaigns Module
- Open the Campaigns module and select the campaign you want to check.
- Click on the Bounced status to display a list of recipients whose messages were not delivered.
2. From the Assignments Module
- In the Assignments module, scroll to the bottom of the page to the List of Assignment Confirmation Emails section.
Select the Bounced status to see the affected recipients.
Tip: If some members haven’t received your communications, reach out to them to confirm their email address or consider using an alternative contact method.
Note: Email addresses from sfr.fr and neuf.fr frequently experience delivery issues.
