Customising Default Email Templates Sent to Members

Clear and consistent communication that reflects the spirit of your event helps strengthen your connection with members. That’s why we recommend customising your emails instead of using generic templates. Our solution automatically sends out seven types of emails, each of which can be easily tailored to match your tone and organizational values.

How to Customise an Email Template


Go to the Emails module from your dashboard and select the template you want to modify.
Disable the option Use the default template.


You can now edit the message content directly in the designated text block. Don’t forget to click Save content once your edits are complete.

Important: For the "Code" template, the variable {code} must be included to automatically generate the security code.

 

Tip: Use Dynamic Fields

You can enhance your messages with dynamic fields or personalized documents. This automatically pulls in specific information for each member or event.


Examples of available variables:

  • Member’s first name: {user.firstName}

  • Event name: {event.name}

  • Individual schedule: {user.documents.planning}
