What’s an Accreditation?
In the context of an event, accreditation is a control element assigned to staff members, volunteers, partners, VIPs, or media. It helps manage access and ensures optimal security on-site, while also organising meals and allowances.
Customisable Accreditations
Recrewteer offers you the ability to customise accreditations based on your needs, including the definition of:
- Access Zones (VIP, media, technical area, etc.)
- Meals (lunch, dinner, meal box)
- Allowances (t-shirts, bags, etc.)
- Event Periods (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Returning an Accreditation
There are several ways to return accreditations:
- Custom Badge: An event-branded badge, created directly in the system for individual distribution.
- Voucher: An electronic document with a QR code for managing access.
- NFC Wristband (Weezevent): A connected NFC wristband for managing on-site access and cashless payments.
