A new enhancement has been integrated into the platform to facilitate the monitoring and management of accreditations. It is now possible to view the total number of accreditations assigned to each team.
Purpose of the Feature
This feature provides a clear and consolidated overview of the accreditations already distributed to each team. It supports:
- Overall tracking of allocations, to know exactly what has been assigned and to whom.
- Planning and forecasting, by offering a concrete view of the volumes already distributed, helping to anticipate remaining needs.
- Optimisation of distribution, by avoiding duplicates or omissions during future allocation phases.
Thanks to this comprehensive view, managers can make more informed decisions and ensure fairer distribution across teams.
Accessing Accreditation Statistics
To view allocation data:
- Go to the menu Accreditations > Accreditations.
- Select the desired accreditation.
- The section displays the accreditations distributed across the teams.
- This view provides a clear and concise summary of the accreditation distribution.
Adding Accreditations to a Team
You can manually add accreditations to a team. To do so:
- Navigate to Populations > Teams.
- Edit the relevant team.
- Add an accreditation by specifying the desired quota.
- Once confirmed, the accreditation is automatically added to the team, and the total is updated.
Each accreditation added is accumulated with the previous ones, allowing for accurate monitoring of quotas assigned within teams.
