WeezAccess Online allows you to check in participants from your computer.
This free solution is accessible directly from your browser on a computer or tablet, and supports up to 250 participants. Simply search for participants by name and validate their entry with a single click.
Search for participants by list and manual check-in
In your Weezevent platform, click on WeezAccess at the top right of the screen.
In the Check Lists section of the left-hand menu, click the three dots in the Actions column of the list you want to manage.
Then select Start Validating Tickets to view the participants in that list, check their access at a control point, or manually validate their ticket using the checkbox to the left of the table.
- Use the search field to enter the participant's first or last name and view their check-in data on the selected check-in list.
- Click the Checked In checkbox to manually validate a participant’s entry at a control point. This information (including remaining access rights) will be automatically transmitted to the WeezAccess control app if it is connected to the internet.
- To cancel a check-in, click the Checked In checkbox again for the participant of your choice.
- You can view all check-in actions related to a participant in the pop-up that appears after clicking the Details button.
The action details are available for each participant, allowing you to view their check-in and/or check-out times.
