The Different Customisation Options for an Email Signature

Customise your emails to strengthen the bond with your volunteers. A banner, the identification of the volunteer coordinator… These are all elements that help create a genuine family spirit around your event.

Once the setup is complete, all your messages will follow the same structure: a header banner, a personalised signature, and a profile picture in the footer.


What Settings Must be Followed to Import Your Banner and Profile Picture?

  • Access the Settings module.
  • Click on the Emails tab, then create a new sender.
  • Enter the label, sender name, and email address.
  • Import the image for your banner (recommended dimensions: 600 x 200 px) in the Header section. You can create this image using tools like Canva or Photoshop. All image formats are accepted: JPEG, PNG, GIF…
  • Select a profile picture and enter the email signature. This can be a personal photo or your event’s logo. For the profile picture, it is recommended to use that of the person in charge of volunteers, so that team members can easily identify them.
  • Make sure to select the relevant event, then click on Update sender to save the changes.
