A banner, the identification of the volunteer coordinator… These are all elements that help create a genuine family spirit around your event. Once the setup is complete, all your messages will follow the same structure: a header banner, a personalised signature, and a profile picture in the footer. ### **What Settings Must be Followed to Import Your Banner and Profile Picture?** - Access the ***Settings*** module. - Click on the ***Emails*** tab, then create a new sender. - Enter the label, sender name, and email address. - Import the image for your banner (recommended dimensions: 600 x 200 px) in the ***Header*** section. You can create this image using tools like Canva or Photoshop. All image formats are accepted: JPEG, PNG, GIF… - Select a profile picture and enter the email signature. This can be a personal photo or your event’s logo.
