We send automatic emails at specific stages of volunteer and staff management. Here is an overview of the different message templates you can customise to suit your needs!
Within the platform, there are seven standard email templates for members and staff:

Request to become a member
This email is sent to a member when they register on the platform via the registration form.
Delivery: It is sent immediately after the member validates their registration, or when you manually add a volunteer. -
Assignment to a shift
This email notifies the member of their assignments, along with the corresponding shift sheet.
Delivery: The email is sent when you click the Send confirmation emails button in the Assignments menu or from the member’s profile via Resend assignment email. -
Rejection
This email is sent when you decline a member.
Delivery: It is sent when you click Send confirmation emails in the Assignments menu or from the volunteer’s profile via Resend the rejection email. -
Appointed as shift manager
This email is sent when a manager is assigned to a shift.
Delivery: The email is sent after the manager's appointment is confirmed for one or more shifts. -
Appointed as category manager
This email is sent when a manager is assigned to a category.
Delivery: The email is sent after the manager's appointment is confirmed for a category. -
A manager has pre-assigned members
This email is sent to the manager when members are pre-assigned to a shift or category.
Delivery: The email is sent after the pre-assignments are confirmed. -
Login code
This email is sent when a member logs into the volunteer area or registers for a new event they are already part of.
Delivery: The email is sent instantly with a six-digit code to authenticate the member.
Customising the emails
All of these automatic emails are fully customisable based on your needs and the kind of relationship you wish to establish with your members. You can modify the content of these messages so they reflect the tone and spirit of your event.
