Set Up My Invitation Platform

You have chosen to set up an invitation platform. Please send us the following elements to proceed with the setup:

1. Customisation of Your E-Tickets

  • For A4 format e-ticket customization, follow the procedure outlined in this article.

  • For badge format (A6) customization, refer to this guide.

 

2. Customization of Your E-mails

Please send the following items to set up personalized emails:

Types of Emails:

  • Platform access email: e.g., "Access your space to distribute invitations"

  • Final invitation email: e.g., "Your invitation to the event"

Elements to Provide:

  • Email subject line

  • Sender name (to appear in the "from" field)

  • Reply-to email address (for attendee responses)

  • A visual banner in 570x200 px, in .jpg optimized format, which will appear as a header and/or footer

  • The email body, based on our [email template] (to download)

  • Your color codes (in hex format, e.g. #000000)

Advanced Configuration

The following dynamic variables can be included in your email content. These will be automatically populated when the email is sent:

  • Organizer name

  • Partner name

  • Partner logo URL

  • Partner banner URL

  • Recipient name

  • Recipient email

  • Custom message

  • Number of tickets in the email

  • PDF ticket download URL

 

Note: The general email style and font cannot be customized. Weezevent is not responsible for how the email renders in different email clients.
