Occasionally, members might miss their shift assignment email, either because it wasn’t opened or wasn’t delivered properly. However, these emails are crucial for ensuring that everyone can access their shifts and schedules. To make sure that all members are aware of their assignments, you can send a targeted follow-up email based on the delivery status from your previous campaign.
Filter by Email Status
Members > Filters > Assignment email status
Select the desired status (for example: Not Opened or Not Delivered → Delivered in this case)
Save your view to keep this selection.
Following up on the Email in the Campaigns Module
Go to the Campaigns module and create a new message for the filtered members.
Insert the following dynamic variable into the body of the message: {user.documents.assignments} so they can receive their shift assignment documents again.
Your campaign is now ready to be sent. This approach helps to strengthen communication with your members and minimise any oversights or misunderstandings before the event.
