This article will help you see the history of all the payments that have been made to you, so that you can view the sums that we have transferred to your bank account since you created your account.
Please note that we automatically transfer the amount of your Weezevent sales on the 1st and 16th of each month, even if your event has yet to happen
These transfers can only occur if you have provided us with the necessary supporting documents. If you were expecting a transfer and have not received it, please read this article.
View your payments history
From your Weezevent management interface please go to the My organization section by clicking on your at the bottom left of your screen.
Then click on Billing > Payments history.
View our transfers and downloads your receipts
You can see the amounts that we have transferred to your bank account since you created your account. You can also download our invoices by clicking on Download this invoice on the right hand side.
There are invoices for each event and each fortnight. You can search using event names or numbers to find all the invoices related to a specific event.
