See your payments history

 

This article will help you see the history of all the payments that have been made to you, so that you can view the sums that we have transferred to your bank account since you created your account. 

Please note that we automatically transfer the amount of your Weezevent balance on the 1st and 16th of each month, even if your event has not yet taken place.

Transfers are made on the 1st and 16th of each month, provided these days are business days. If not, you will need to wait until the next business day. From there, it takes 1 to 3 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.

This transfer is contingent upon you having provided the necessary supporting documents. If you haven't received a transfer you were expecting, please refer to this article.

How to Access Transfer History

  1. In your Weezevent management interface, go to the invoicing section.
  2. Click on Transfers History from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.

Consulting Your Transfers and Downloading Supporting Documents

You can view the amounts we have transferred to your bank account since the creation of your account here. Additionally, you can download our invoices by clicking on Download the Supporting Document located on the right.

You have one invoice per event and per fortnight. You can search by event name or event number to quickly find all invoices related to that event.
