You can now create customised attendance reports by determining the access lists to be included in the report. You can then export the attendance data from this report.
- Log in to your Weezevent management interface
- Click on the Applications icon at the top right of the screen, then go to the Access Control section
- Click on the Statistics menu
- Select the access lists you want to analyse using the tick box on the left side of the table
Once your report is ready to be generated, click on the Export scanning history report button in the top right corner, above the access list table.
This is a complete history of ticket validation created in .csv (Excel) format. Use this data to generate information such as statistics on the time spent by attendees at a particular event.
The file contains the barcode number, name of the access list, event name, price, the attendee’s contact details, and the date and time of ticket validation.
