Restore A Deleted Order
Did you delete an order that you’d like to restore? Here’s how:
Find the deleted order
Click on the Attendees tab > Manage Orders.
Use the display options to find deleted tickets by clicking on + Filter.
In the " Status" section, select the status "Deleted" and apply the filters.
Restore the Order
Select the order in question, then in the dropdown menu "Actions ", choose "Restore the ticket".
When restoring an order, you can choose to restore the entire order or only specific tickets if there are several.
Your order is now restored — the associated ticket(s) are valid again and can be found in your participant manager.
