Resend An Order

Need to resend tickets or an order to one of your participants but not sure how? Here's how to do it!

To carry out this action, go to the homepage of the relevant event. In the left-hand column, click on the “Attendees” section, then “Manage Orders ”.


This section allows you to view all the participants for your event.

Search for the participant(s) concerned by name, first name, email address, order number, using form filters, etc.

Resend an Entire Order


Select the action “Resend Orders”. This will resend the order confirmation email to the buyer, including the link to download their e-tickets.

Note: You can check just one of the tickets from an order to resend the entire order.

Note: This requires that an email address is provided in the participant form.

Tip: Enable the resend order link on your ticketing module so that buyers can resend their order to themselves.
