We’ve set up the option to receive ticketing reports by email, allowing you to keep track of your sales pace without having to log into your dashboard. This feature also lets you share sales information with other stakeholders without sharing your login credentials.
Ticketing Report
To receive a sales report by email, activate the Enable email report option and choose the sending frequency.
You can also change the email address that will receive the notifications. By default, the email address associated with your organizer account will be used.
To add, remove, or update the email address, use the Add Emails field.
2. Order Notifications
When a payment is made, you can receive an alert in your inbox: it is a copy of the confirmation email sent to each buyer once their order is confirmed.
To enable this, select the event of your choice, then click on Ticketing Options > Notifications in the left-hand menu.
You can change the email address that receives these notifications. By default, the email address linked to your organizer account will be used.
