I would like to receive an invoice for my ticket purchase

This article is designed to help attendees of an event wishing to receive an invoice for their ticket purchase.

Asking the event planner for an invoice 

If you have received your tickets but you didn’t ask for an invoice or you lost it, you should get in touch with the event planner using the details included on the e-ticket, on the right-hand side, or on the website where you bought your tickets or on the event’s Facebook page.

To make it easier, you should give the event planner the following information:
- the email address you used when you placed your order 
- the barcode or order number for your ticket (starts with a “ C ")
