Personalising your delivery/reply addresses

When you plan to send mailing campaigns, it can interesting to customise your email identity so your attendees can easily understand where is the email is coming from

These different settings can be found on your WeezTarget account, at Settings > Advanced > Identity

1. Create an identity

The sender (delivery address + name and reply address + name) constitutes what is referred to as a Sender.

  • Sender 

As part of your WeezTarget campaigns, your emails are sent randomly by default with one of the 5 email addresses:

- contact@myeventmail.com

- newsletter@myeventmail.com

- information@myeventmail.com

- no-reply@myeventmail.com

- hello@myeventmail.com

  • Name of the sender

By default, the name associated with this delivery address is the name of your Organisation

  • Reply to

By default, the reply address is that of the linked organiser account

  • Name of the reply to

The surname and first name of the organisation are used to fill in the default name 

NB : You can create as many senders as you wish

2. Personalising your delivery/reply addresses

  • Sender 

Choose one of the proposed addresses (one out of five)

  • Name of the sender

Enter the name that you want to be displayed as the Sender (e.g. name of your event)

  • Reply to

Enter the email address through which your contacts will be able to reply to you (e.g. contact@nameofyourevent.com)

  • Name of the reply to

Enter the name that you want to be displayed as the Sender (e.g. First Name in charge of support within your organisation)

3. Saving your senders

Click on Create to save this new sender. The senders created will then be available as identities each time you create a new campaign
