Modify the Availability of a Member

In the registration form, the volunteer has the option to add their availability to make it easier to assign them to missions. In this article, we will explain how to modify a volunteer's (member's) availability directly from your organizer's space (back-office).

 

Important: To modify a volunteer's availability, you must be an administrator of the organization or event. Currently, a mission or category manager cannot modify a volunteer's availability.

 

Edit the availability of a member (volunteer / staff)

  • Go to the Members module.
  • Click on the profile of the member concerned.
  • In the Availability section, click on the Edit button.

  • Modify the availability.
  • Click on the Update button.
