Manage My Event's Reservations

Want to manage reservations for your event? Some reservations remain unpaid and your event is approaching? Use your attendee management interface to email buyers and send a payment reminder for reserved tickets with just one click.

Paid or unpaid, reservations still count toward your event’s ticket quota.

1. Accepting Reservations

To accept reservations, you must first enable the reservation option and set the payment instructions in your online ticketing settings. Go to Ticketing options > Payment and Invoicing.

Here, you can define your payment terms for all non-credit card payments.

2. Managing Reservations

2.1 View Unpaid Tickets

Attendees with a reservation appear with the orange "Reserved" label in your order management interface.

Tip: From Attendees > Manage Attendees, you can click on Filters to display only the unpaid tickets, regardless of the origin of the order (manual entry, online, etc.). Use the Ticket status filter = Reserved and then click on Apply.

2.2 Send Payment Instructions Reminder

3. Buyer’s Side

The payment instructions email includes: a detailed summary of the order (quantities and pricing), the reservation instructions you entered in your ticketing settings, and the confirmation message you’ve set up for your attendees.

As a reminder, these can be configured in Configure > Ticketing options.
