In Weezcrew, the Categories feature allows you to efficiently organise and structure your delegations. By associating a delegation with a specific category, you simplify responsibility management and improve the clarity of your organisation.
Linking a Delegation to a Category
- Go to the Teams menu.
- Click Create a Team or select an existing delegation to edit it.
- When creating or editing a team, you will find the option to select a category.
- You can either choose an existing category from the dropdown list or create a new category.
Linking Multiple Delegations at Once
- Access the Teams menu.
- Select the Teams you want to link to a category.
- Once selected, click Edit a Property.
- Choose the Category property, then select the desired category.
- Click Update Value to save the changes.
Managing Your Categories
To view and manage all your existing categories:
Go to Settings > Categories > Teams.
Here, you can edit, delete or add new categories to better organise your delegations as your projects evolve.
Why Link a Delegation to a Category?
Linking your teams to categories helps to:
