Linking Teams to Categories in Weezcrew

In Weezcrew, the Categories feature allows you to efficiently organise and structure your delegations. By associating a delegation with a specific category, you simplify responsibility management and improve the clarity of your organisation.

Linking a Delegation to a Category

  • Go to the Teams menu.
  • Click Create a Team or select an existing delegation to edit it.
  • When creating or editing a team, you will find the option to select a category.
  • You can either choose an existing category from the dropdown list or create a new category.

Linking Multiple Delegations at Once

  • Access the Teams menu.
  • Select the Teams you want to link to a category.
  • Once selected, click Edit a Property.
  • Choose the Category property, then select the desired category.
  • Click Update Value to save the changes.

Managing Your Categories

To view and manage all your existing categories:

Go to Settings > Categories > Teams.
Here, you can edit, delete or add new categories to better organise your delegations as your projects evolve.
