Linking a Custom Document to a Population
During your event, different groups (volunteers, staff, service providers, artists, etc.) may be involved. To share specific information with each group, you can create distinct custom documents for each population.
Communication > Documents
Click on the document you previously created in the Custom Documents section.
In the Settings tab, select the population you wish to associate with this document from the dropdown menu Link this document to populations.
This way, you can ensure that each group receives only the information that is relevant and tailored to their needs.
