A member may join your organization without having completed the registration form linked to a specific team. Don’t worry: you can manually link them to a team at any time.

Retrieve the Team Code
- Go to the profile of a member already linked to the relevant team in the Members module.
- The team code appears on the left and is also available by clicking on Edit Private Information.
- At the top of the profile, you’ll see the team code.
- Copy this code.
Link the Member
- Go to the profile of the member to be linked.
- Click on Edit Private Information.
- Choose the form you want to edit.
- Paste the team code into the appropriate field.
- Save your changes
Tip: Make sure the team code is correct to avoid linking the member to the wrong team. Once the member is linked, they will automatically inherit the settings and assignments related to that team.
Note: A team is not permanent. You can always edit or delete teams.
