Finding the Access Link to the Member Area
After completing their registration, each member is automatically given access to a personal space. This area serves as a key reference point where they can view important information prior to their shift, including:
- The personal data provided during registration (contact details, availability, preferences, etc.)
- Their assignments, reporting times, and shift descriptions
- All documents shared via email campaigns (schedules, lists, maps, policies, etc.)
Share the Access Link
From your account’s Settings, go to: Member Areas > Integration
You will find three available link formats:
- A direct link hosted by Recrewteer
- An embeddable link for your website via HTML code
- A QR code
Tip: It is recommended to share this link with all your members through an email campaign to ensure they remain informed and connected up to the day of their shift.
