To export your custom views and member lists, go to the Members module.
First, create a new view by clicking Edit columns and select the fields you want to include in your export.
For example, you might choose to display which members are over 18, who holds a driving licence, as well as other practical details. Once you’ve selected your fields, click Edit columns at the bottom, then Save view to the right of the Filters button.
When your view has been saved, click the three dots to the right of the Add a member button, then select Export to Excel or CSV. Next, configure your export according to your preferences (format, options), and click Export view to start the download.
A notification will appear in the top right-hand corner of your screen as soon as the file is ready, with a direct download link. You’ll also receive an email containing the link, which will remain valid for 30 minutes to protect your data. After this time, you’ll need to run the export again.
Export via API
To export a view via the API, it must be saved first. Once this is done, click the three dots next to the Add a member button, then select Export via API to then copy the corresponding export links.
