Discovering the Community Module

This module allows you to manage all member profiles, create campaigns, and generate forms.

It centralises all volunteers who have participated in at least one event organised by your organisation. You can then directly reach out to them through email or SMS campaigns, as well as tailor forms to your needs.

Available Features:

  • Record of Members Present at Your Events: Any volunteer who has participated in one or more editions is now part of your database. You can view their profile, which includes personal information as well as details about the shifts they have completed.

  • Targeted Campaign Creation: Create email or SMS campaigns, whether for all your members or segmented based on specific needs.

  • Custom Form Creation: If you need to gather additional information from your members, you can use personalised forms. A default form is already available for you in this module.

Delegation Creation: You have the ability to create delegations to distribute responsibilities and shifts within your team. This helps you organise events more efficiently and assign specific tasks to trusted team members.
