      E-mail campaigns, SMS messages, and performance tracking allow you to build lasting, personalised relationships with your community. Communication plays a central role in engaging and retaining your members.

      Available Features:

      • Email and SMS Campaigns
         Create and send communication campaigns by email (free) or SMS (€0.07 excl. tax per message). You can include rich content such as images, documents, or links to share key information with your members.

      • Campaign Tracking
         Track the performance of each campaign in detail: open rates, link clicks, and undelivered messages. These insights help you evaluate the impact of your communications and make improvements when necessary.

      • Segmentation and Scheduling
         Use personalised views to target recipients based on their profiles or status. You can also schedule your campaigns to be sent at the most effective time.
