What features are available?

• Segmented assignments: Mission choices based on members' preferences, their availability, or the overall event.
• Automated emails: A complete email is automatically generated and placed in the queue for sending with each new assignment.
• A comprehensive dashboard: Real-time tracking of the progress of assignments and email dispatches.

Dashboard:

The interface provides you with an overview of the assignment progress, structured into four distinct areas:

• Members awaiting assignment: List of volunteers to be assigned.
• Confirmation emails awaiting dispatch: Summaries to be validated before sending.
• Assigned members: Volunteers already assigned to one or more missions.
• Assignment history: Statistics related to the sending and opening of emails.
