In Recrewteer, it is possible to assign managers. Once appointed, the manager receives an invitation by email to log in to the organizer space.
When the manager accesses the organizer space (also called the back office), their view is limited to their specific scope.
There are two types of "Manager" roles:
- Category Manager (responsible for a group of roles)
- Shift or Role Manager (responsible for a specific role)
Below is the email template sent to the future manager:
Category Manager
The Category Manager has access to all information related to the roles within the assigned category.
In the example below, Weez Demo is the manager of the "Stage" category. They have visibility over all roles that belong to this category.
How to Appoint a Category Manager
- Click on the Shift tab of your event.
- Select the relevant category and click on it.
- Click on Edit Managers.
- You can then add or remove managers as needed.
Role Manager
The Role Manager has access to all information related to a specific role.
In the example below, Weez Demo is the manager of the "Entry of artists" role.
How to Appoint a Role Manager
- Click on the Shift tab of your event.
- Select the relevant shift and click on it.
- Click on Edit Managers.
- You can then add or remove managers as needed.
