Customize My Assignment Sheet

The assignment sheet is a key document in managing your event. It contains all the necessary information a member needs when taking up their position on the big day.
Many documents are available in the Recrewteer solution (schedule, mission and assignment sheets, listings, etc.). These elements are customizable and editable to fit your needs.

How to customize your assignment sheet?

The assignment sheet is a PDF document that gathers all information related to a member’s role. It typically includes:

  • the name of the mission
  • the assigned hours
  • the mission description
  • the location
  • the contact details of the supervisor

  • Select Assignment Sheet
  • Customize your document by choosing the display of the supervisor’s information as well as the background of the document to be downloaded
