Customise the design of my event's tickets (Beta)

When buyers place an order, they automatically receive an confirmation email. This email includes the details of the order as well as a PDF link to download the electronic ticket(s) (A4 format). 

These e-tickets are shown at the entrance of your event by all attendees, hence the importance of their design. You can customise your e-ticket design for free. 

To do this, go to the section Configure > Ticket design for each of your events.

 

1. General customisation or by category type


The default design for your event will be used if no other ticket design is active for your rates.

The first design of your event is automatically set as the default design for your event.

The elements that can be customised are : 

  • the design name (visible only to you)
  • your text or image display
  • your event date display

You can also customise the ticket according to the customer's language of choice.

 

2. Customisation by rate

If you would like to create a different visual for each type of ticket, you can add a visual using the "Create a design" button in the list of ticket designs.

You can customise the same elements as your default design, with the following options : 

  • select the rates with which you wish to associate the design
  • set the new design as the default design

3. Design management

From the ticket design list, you can : 

  • edit an existing visual
  • duplicate a design and use it for another customisation
  • remove a design

Important: if you delete a design associated with a rate, the default design will automatically be assigned to that rate (the default design cannot be deleted).
