Creating a Shift Category

A shift category helps you segment your event into different departments or shift areas. Within these categories, you can define the corresponding tasks, such as participant welcome, marshals, security, bar, etc.

 

There are two ways to create a new shift category:

1. Create a category in advance, before adding missions

From your event dashboard, go to the Shifts page. Click on the three dots on the right side of the screen to open the dropdown menu.
Select Create a category, enter the name of your category, then click Create.

2. Add a category while creating a mission

When setting up a mission, go to the Category field > Create a new category.
Enter your category name and save.
