Creating a Custom Badge for Your Members
The Documents module allows you to generate personalised badges for your teams, reflecting your event’s branding. This is an effective tool for easily identifying members on site and enhancing the visibility of each person’s role.
Customise a Volunteer Badge
Navigate to: Documents > Badges
Configure the visual and textual elements of the badge as needed:
- Format
- Event logo
- Colour scheme
- Member’s role (e.g. volunteer)
- Additional information (emergency contact, team leader’s name, etc.)
The badge can then be generated either individually or in bulk, depending on your organisational needs.
