Edit a Dynamic Variable in a Custom Document
Using dynamic variables lets you send a personalised document to each recipient via a single email campaign. Each person will receive a document tailored to their profile, including information specific to them.
How to define or edit a dynamic variable:
- If you’re creating a new document, enter the name of the variable directly in the creation window (e.g. volunteer pass, media badge, parking permit, etc.).
- If the document already exists, you can update the variable name in the document settings under the Dynamic variable name tab.
Note: The same dynamic variable can be used across multiple documents. Each document will automatically apply it to the relevant audience.
