Create a Follow-Up Campaign from Previous Results

To carry out this type of campaign, you must first have sent an initial campaign. If you haven’t done so yet, we recommend reading our article on creating a first campaign.

Prepare the Dynamic View


The first step is to create a dynamic list based on the results of your previous campaign.

Go to Members > Filters.


In the filter list, search for the Campaign filter under the Emails category or in the search bar.

Click the + button to display the list of previously sent campaigns.

Select one or more campaigns of your choice, then choose the opening status that interests you (for example: Delivered).

Example: 

In this example, we want to identify members who have not yet opened the invitation email for the volunteer evening.

Once the filter has been applied, you can save the result of this query as a dynamic view.

Create and Send the New Campaign

After saving the dynamic view, you can create and send a new campaign (email or SMS) by selecting it as your recipient list.
