Here are the steps to automatically import tickets from other resellers without missing a single order.

We recommend setting a common sales end date for all your resellers a few days before the final closing date on Weezevent. Some networks are unavailable on weekends, so be sure to check the calendar with them in advance.
Retrieve Your Reseller Credentials
To automatically import your tickets, you need to synchronise your Weezevent management interface with your reseller’s interface.
Your login credentials are available directly on your reseller page. Make sure you have your password ready to access it.
Synchronise Your Reseller With Your Management Interface
Log in to your Weezticket profile and go to the menu Sales Channels > Automatic Import.
Once on your reseller page, click on Add a ticket provider + (top right).
Select the relevant reseller from the drop-down menu, then enter your username and password.
The reseller will then appear in the list with the following information:
- Webservice ID
- Status (Connected / Not connected)
- Date and time of the last update
The added participants will appear under the section Attendees > Manage attendees.
