Some shifts require specific skills. To ensure you select the right profiles during recruitment, the system allows you to define and edit the necessary access requirements for these tasks.
You can also assign these access requirements to a set of shifts.
Note: These access requirements are linked to the questions in the registration form, corresponding to the custom fields that were created beforehand. Follow this article for more information
Assigning an Access Requirement When Creating a Shift
When creating a new shift, after filling in the necessary information (description, time slots, location), you’ll have the option to edit the Conditions.
In the Custom fields dropdown menu, select the appropriate condition for the shift, then set the corresponding value.
Don’t forget to save your shift creation.
Assigning an Access Requirement to an Existing Shift
There are two ways to modify the access conditions of an existing shift.
Next, select the custom field created earlier that corresponds to your access requirement.
Bulk Assigning an Access Requirement
In your event, go to the Shifts page. Select the shifts you want to add access requirements to by checking the boxes in the list, or tick the top-left box to select all shifts.
Then, click on the Edit the access conditions button.
Choose the option to Add conditions to the existing conditions or Replace the existing conditions, then select the field you want to include in your shifts > Update Conditions.
Access requirements help you target applications based on the skills and qualifications of your members, ensuring you have an efficient team on-site for your event.
