Add a List of Members to Your Shift Sheet

The mission sheet is designed to provide your team members with all the key information they need for an effective shift: task description, location, assigned supervisor, and now, the list of participants.

To generate a detailed document for each mission, go to the Documents module > Shift sheet


You can then customise the content according to your needs: print format (A4 landscape or portrait), and which details to display about the mission and assigned members (name, surname, phone number, etc.). 

Once your settings are configured, simply export the sheets — using filters or custom views if needed.


This feature allows you to centralise all essential information in a single document, helping streamline operations in the field.
