Restore a deleted order
Have you deleted an order that you would like to restore? Here are the steps to follow:
1. Find the deleted order
Click on the tab Attendees > Manage attendees.
Find the deleted tickets using the display options by clicking on + Filter.
In the section "Ticket status", choose the status "Deleted" and apply the filter.
2. Restore the orders
Select the order you need, then from the dropdown menu "Actions for the selection", please choose "Restore"
Your order is now recovered and the associated ticket.s are valid again. You can now find them in your attendee management section.
