Assigning a Member Based on Their Preferences and Availability

Choosing the preferred shifts for your members

• Go to the Assignments module.
  
  
• Click on the Assign members button.
  
  
• The profile of the member to be assigned appears on the right, while all the shifts are displayed on the left.
  
  
• Several types of time slots are offered:
  
  
  • Desired  Slots: shifts that match both the member's preferences and their availability.
    
    
  • Alternative  Slots: shifts that match only the member's availability.
    
    
  • Other Slots: all other shifts at the event, which do not match the member's preferences or availability.
